James Lederach

Much like the playing field, the gym is an environment where trainees have the opportunity to develop character traits that will serve them long after their athletic careers have finished. That is why I use Heavy Athletics as a vehicle for developing the whole person. I want positive outcomes for my clients in sports and in life, so I aim to build individuals who are able to work patiently towards a meaningful goal while collaborating with others along the way.
